Features
Everything you need for online booking
Zytfenster does a few things, and does them properly.
For everyone who books
Booked in three steps
- Choose a service, day and time, enter their details, on a phone as easily as on a computer
- Upload a photo before the appointment, if requested
- Up to three custom questions per service
- Reschedule or cancel on their own, up to the chosen deadline
- Add the appointment to their own calendar in one click
- Formal or informal address (Sie or du), as you prefer
In the admin area
Services, times and rules
- Services with their own duration, price and opening hours
- Enter holidays and absences
- Buffer time, minimum notice and a maximum number of appointments per day
- Request mode: appointments are only fixed once confirmed
- Video link for online appointments
- Mark as “No-show” (“Nicht erschienen”), export appointments as a spreadsheet
Calendar
Private appointments block time automatically
- Connect up to five calendars, e.g. from iCloud, Google or Outlook
- Zytfenster reads them every 10 minutes and again before every booking
- Subscribe to all appointments as a separate “Zytfenster” calendar
Emails and branding
Looks like your own website
- Confirmation, reminder, thank-you after the appointment, cancellation, with every text editable
- Your own accent colour and logo
- Zytfenster credit can be hidden, at no extra cost
- Embed as a button with a pop-up, as a form on the page or as a link
